 A
few years ago Ramsay started to collect and treasure the importance
of the history in the community. Memorabilia's, stories, maps, dates,
and pictures are being accumulated to insure that businesses and
houses are being recognized for there beauty. Stories from residents
are gathered and valued for there wisdom. The Heritage Society is
dedicated in helping to insure the importance of Ramsay's history.
This is done by research, holding special events, interviewing,
and captivating the interest residents of Ramsay and the entire
city of Calgary. It is an ongoing process in which each year new
archives are stored and the history of Ramsay is cherished and secured.
