STAMPEDE CHILI by

This is a recipie I came up with myself and it won first prize in the first annual stampede Kids only chili cook off.
| Step 1: |
3 hot Italian sausages, pre-cooked with skin removed
1 medium onion (diced)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
Put ingredients into large saucepan and cook at medium heat untill union pieces are translucent. |

1 tbs oregano
1 tbs crushed red pepper
1 tbs ground cumin
1 tsp hot chili powder
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
Add ingredients to saucepan. Stir while heating for 2 minutes on low. |

540 mL black turtle beans with liquid 398 mL stewed tomatos with the liquid drained 1 tsp hot pepper sauce 1 green pepper chopped into dime-sized pieces
Add ingredients to saucepan. Cook on medium for 20 - 30 minutes, stirring frequently. |

Serve and garnish with two teaspoons of sour cream. Enjoy! |
