Proposed Project Description: Development and expansion of the Ramsay rink area to a multi-sport outdoor facility.
Phase One: Roof repairs, new rink slab, refrigeration, boards, ice re-surfacer and security lighting.
Phase Two: Refrigerated pleasure skating rink and skating pathway.
Phase Three: New rink service/change building and parking improvements.
